Paint correction is the process of safely restoring your vehicles paint by removing swirls, light to heavy imperfections and oxidization, which dulls your paint caused by UV damage and weather, through professional machine polishing.
These imperfections can be caused by incorrect washing techniques, automated car washes or Cornwall's famously narrow lanes.
Gloss Enhancement Detail
Our gloss enhancement detail is for vehicles with light swirl marks or has paint that has lost its gloss and clarity.
We use a single stage machine polish to bring back a deep gloss and clarity.
This typically removes 40%-60% of light swirls and light scratches.
- Wheels & arches deep cleaned to remove built up dirt
- Two step pre wash to remove heavy deposits of dirt
- Two bucket safe wash to avoid further damage
- Full chemical decontamination of paint to remove tar, iron, tree sap and any other surface problems
- clay barring of the paint to remove any bonded contaminants to leave a smooth finish ready for machine polishing
- Bodywork & Wheels are air dried using an air blower
- All vulnerable plastics & chrome masked for protection
- A single stage machine polish is carried out
- Glass protected for 3 months
- Wheel sealant applied to enable easier cleaning in the future
- 12 month Ceramic and Graphene wax is applied to the paint
Long term Ceramic protection can be added at an additional cost
